de completare CMR"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Completare CMR- ghid<\/p>\n<p>Acest articol este dedicat \u00een special expeditorilor de m\u0103rfuri periculoase (centre logistice, depozite, produc\u0103tori etc&#8230;).<\/p>\n<p>Av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere c\u0103 \u00een conformitatea cu prevederile conven\u021biei CMR, dar \u0219i conform Acordului ADR cin capitolul 1.4.2.1.1. lit.(b), expeditorii au obliga\u021bia s\u0103 furnizeze transportatorului indica\u021bii\u00a0 \u0219i informa\u021bii \u00eentr-o form\u0103 detectabil\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Dac\u0103 este cazul s\u0103 furnizeze documentele de transport \u0219i documentele de \u00eenso\u021bire a m\u0103rfii necesare(autoriza\u021bii, acorduri, notific\u0103ri, certificate, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>Ace\u0219tia trebuie s\u0103 \u021bin\u0103 cont \u00een special de prescrip\u021biile capitolului 5.4(modul de declarare a m\u0103rfurilor periculoase \u00een documentul de transport) \u0219i de tabelele din Partea 3.<\/p>\n<p>Totu\u0219i sunt situa\u021bii c\u00e2nd expeditorul nu furnizeaz\u0103 aceste informa\u021bii, \u0219i transportatorul este nevoit s\u0103 completeze documentul de transport, \u0219i s\u0103 declare m\u0103rfurile periculoase \u00een documentul de transport (completare CMR).<\/p>\n<p>Pentru a veni \u00een sprijinul expeditorilor, dar \u0219i a transportatorilor v\u0103 prezent\u0103m c\u00e2teva situa\u021bii de expedieri de m\u0103rfuri periculoase explic\u00e2nd declararea m\u0103rfurilor \u00een documentul de transport.<\/p>\n<h4>Informa\u021biile de baza care trebuie indicate \u00een\u00a0 documentul de transport (completare CMR) referitor la marfa periculoas\u0103:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Num\u0103rul ONU<\/strong>, precedat de literele <strong>\u201eUN\u201d<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Denumirea oficial\u0103<\/strong> al substan\u021bei, completat dac\u0103 este cazul de denumirea tehnic\u0103 al substan\u021bei<\/li>\n<li>Num\u0103rul <strong>etichetei<\/strong> sau al <strong>etichetelor<\/strong> de pericol<\/li>\n<li><strong>Grupa de ambalare<\/strong> al substan\u021bei, cu excep\u021bia substan\u021belor din clasele 1, 2, 5.2, 6.2, 7 \u0219i m\u0103rfurilor autoreactive din clasa 4.1<\/li>\n<li><strong>Codul de restric\u021bie tunel<\/strong> \u2013 cu excep\u021bia c\u00e2nd la \u00eenc\u0103rcare se \u0219tie c\u0103 pe traseul pe care se va efectua transportul nu exist\u0103 tunele, sau nu exist\u0103 tunele cu restric\u021bii pentru m\u0103rfuri periculoase.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Num\u0103rul de ambalaje<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Denumirea <strong>tipul ambalajului<\/strong>, care poate fi completat \u00een parantez\u0103 cu codul care indic\u0103 cu exactitate conform ADR tipul \u0219i materialul ambalajului.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cantitate total\u0103<\/strong> per tip de ambalaj.<\/li>\n<li>Alte <strong>indica\u021bii suplimentare<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Informa\u021biile necesare declar\u0103rii m\u0103rfurilor periculoase \u00een documentul de transport, se extrag din Tabel A, din Capitolul 3.2
